The structure

The Residence dei Due Porti is a seafront aparthotel , composed of two buildings and located in one of Sanremo's most privileged locations, just steps from the beach and the city center. Many apartments offer sea views , providing the light and atmosphere typical of the Riviera. The Residence is adjacent to the 35 km cycle path, a scenic route that runs along the sea and invites you to explore the area in a relaxed and sustainable way.

The reception , located near the parking lot and the main entrance, is open 24/7, and the concierge can handle any emergencies at night. The facility also includes a relaxation room and two terraces : a panoramic one, ideal for enjoying the sea view, and a lounge, designed as a convivial and informal space.
