Cleaning
The price of the vacation apartment includes daily cleaning (from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM) and a change of bathroom and kitchen linens every two days. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments, but is permitted on the balcony, where available.
Safety devices
Video surveillance, perimeter security alarm, and smoke detectors ensure peace of mind for all our guests.
Animals
Very small dogs are welcome, subject to a €10 per night supplement for the first five nights of your stay (maximum one dog per apartment, no more than 6 kg), provided they do not disturb other guests and are not left alone in the apartment. Please notify us of their presence at the time of booking.
Parking
We have several secure outdoor parking spaces and/or a private garage available for an additional €15.00 per night. Since parking spaces are limited for all apartments, we recommend reserving a space when booking your accommodation (otherwise, we cannot guarantee it). Minivans or vans are not accepted.
Currency exchange
We recommend our guests arrive in Sanremo with euros, as our hotel does not exchange currency, and unfortunately, there are no agencies in Sanremo offering this service. Banks do not exchange currency for non-customers.
