Regulations and Reservations

Some rules and guidelines of the Residence are summarized below to facilitate booking and accommodation operations. In particular:

Reservation

When booking, please note that:

- The price shown is per apartment

- To confirm the reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30%
or a prepayment
of the total cost of the stay is required,
based on the rate at the time of booking.

- Credit and debit cards are accepted at the Residence. Checks are not accepted

If the Booking Online section does not show availability for the indicated period, it is advisable to contact the Residence's booking office for further information and consultation of the last minute offers.

During the booking procedure with "Booking Online" you are asked to enter your credit card details (Visa, Eurocard or Mastercard), which will be used by us to charge you the deposit or the total cost provided for by the booking conditions and which you accept at the time of booking online. You will receive a first email confirming your booking. Subsequently, you will be sent a second email with the amount of the sum that has been charged to you.

You will be redirected to the secure Banca Sella GestPay site where you can enter your credit card details.

Bank details for payments via bank transfer will be provided upon request.

Dogs allowed

Very small dogs are welcome, with a supplement of € 10.00 per night for the first 5 nights of stay (maximum 1 dog per apartment and no more than 6kg) as long as they do not disturb other guests and are not left alone in the apartment. Please report their presence at the time of booking.

Currency Exchange

We advise our guests to arrive in San Remo bringing currency in euros with them as our facility does not exchange currency and unfortunately there are no agencies that provide this service in San Remo. Banking institutions do not exchange currency for those who are not customers of the Bank itself.
