Sanremo Healthy Food Festival

The first edition of “Health and Food Festival – Il cibo del benessere” will kick off from 6 to 8 December in the prestigious setting of Villa Nobel in Sanremo . The programme includes many events focused on the theme of nutrition linked to good physical condition, most of which will be free to enter.
Created by Gianfranco Trapani in collaboration with Prime Quality , manager of Villa Nobel, it will be a great event to raise public awareness of the close and profound connection between nutrition and physical fitness for a longer and better quality life. During the three days there will be meetings with wellness professionals (nutritionists, doctors and chefs for practical advice and scientific insights on the importance of a balanced and environmentally friendly diet), show cooking dedicated to healthy cuisine, tastings, workshops to discover how to prepare tasty and healthy dishes using excellent local products, events for families, literary moments and educational courses for students; and there will be spaces dedicated to culture and entertainment, so that you can have a 360-degree vision of the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
From the hills covered with olive trees as far as the eye can see, which produce a renowned extra virgin olive oil, to the coast, which offers fresh fish and the famous and prized shrimp, to the genuine ingredients of the wonderful hinterland, Sanremo represents the ideal location to celebrate health through food. The Ligurian culinary tradition, based on simple and quality elements, combines perfectly with the aim of the Festival: to promote well-being thanks to conscious and sustainable food choices .
